Some experts working in the field of education even go on to say that RTE is actually a planned conspiracy against low and middle income people. People like RC Jain, who have been associated with the education industry since years and who have been vociferously fighting against the policies of the Government go to the extent of saying that “Paramatma will never forgive Congress for the injustice it has committed towards children through bringing RTE.”
Unless media houses restructure their business models, bring ethical journalistic practices to win back viewer/reader confidence, mainstream media will continue to ‘bleed’ and loose readership in favour of online media. Simultaneously, government will have to follow a ‘Hands-Off’ policy in news reporting and guarantee autonomy from official regulation to enable media to serve public good. Government should also refrain from rewarding the media from distorting news and make PCI more effective.
People of the Nation are the Largest Stakeholders of the Constitution. In an age of Technology pervading all areas of life, for some curious reason, the EC chose to keep the Electorate entirely plugged out of the happenings. Instead of allowing news reports to confuse the Public about the activities of the EC, it would be better to open channels of communication through Social Media ensuring authorized status updates to quell the doubts of the People.

So much to do. No time to waste. No room for time wasters. Peace must prevail. Terrorists be terrorised . Let them seek easier prey and fresh pastures,elsewhere . All men are born equal. Abolish differentiation . Usher in an uniform civil code . Secularism has to mean exit of interplay and interference in guise of religion or caste in matters pertaining to education,housing,employment,etc.
The blunder which was committed by Mahatma Gandhi in sidelining Sardar Patel and bringing a incompetent leader like Nehru is going to be corrected after 60 years of misrule by the people.
The first purpose of a political system is to secure good governance . Are we anywhere on that path ?
