Roman Tursky was POLISH AIR FORCE Pilot, once he was flying over Germany but suddenly his plane developed mechanical trouble, because of which he was forced to land on the German soil. As soon as he landed he sent plane for repairs and spent the night in a hotel.

The next morning he woke up and got himself fresh and decided to go to repair shop, as he started to walk in the corridor of hotel, a little man came running and collided against him.

Roman Tursky got hurt. But, as he looked at the face of the little man, he found it pale with fear.

The man cried:”Gestapo! Gestapo!”

Gestapo was the German Secret Police.

Tursky was sure that the man was being chased by the Secret Police.

Roman Tursky understood the situation and he suddenly pushed the man into his room, under his bed.

Soon, the police came in and started to interrogate Tursky. As Tursky did not understand German language, he started to speak in his language as if nothing had happened and by seeing Tursky’s facial expression police also went away.

Tursky decided and said to that little man that he was travelling to “Warsaw”, and if he wishes he could take him along with him, but suggested that he should get off a little before the plane reached the airport, as it was possible the police there would search the plane. He dropped the man in a field a little before he reached the main airport. Sure enough, the police was already there to make a search for the man.

After few years, there started the Second World War.

Poland was occupied by Germany. Tursky flew to England, joined the R.A.F., and became a war hero. After destroying a number of enemy planes, his own plane was hit. It crash-landed in Poland, Tursky’s head got serious injury. The rescue party found Tursky more dead than alive. He was shifted to the nearest hospital.

The doctor hesitated to operate on him as he was in very critical stage and only a best brain surgeon can save his life.

The next day, newspapers flashed the news of Tursky’s accident. Tursky was in a state of coma.

After few days he recovered from coma, he found a man looking at him through bright eyes.

The guy asked:”Do you remember me?”…

Tursky replied: “No” by nodding his head.

The man replied:

” I read the news that you were in a state of coma, hanging between life and death, and immediately I flew here.”

Turkey asked: ”Oh is it?? What is your job? Why you came so long to see me?”

The guy replied:

“I think you might have forgotten, you once saved my life from German secret police”

A Doctor standing next to Tursky said

“He is best neurosurgeon in this country, if he would have arrived a day later you would have not been alive today.”

Tursky’s eyes filled with tears, he took hand of that guy and pressed showing his thankfulness..

Story ends here..

This may be an old incident, but moral is Evergreen. As there is a saying,

“Evil you do will follow to punish you till last”

But this incidence shows,

“The good you do, will comes to your help at your difficulty”..

Dear friends, we too can pass resolution ourselves that “We will help the one who is in need, if not today but surely one day that help will bounce back to us when we are in need”.
