Chatrapati Modi Jee

Chatrapati Modi Jee

by Pamarty Venkataramana

This So many who knew how one burned midnight oil, in a conscientious though self-righteous manner, to save clients from disastrous consequences in defended litigation instituted against them by wicked political opponents – be it poor Rahul Gandhi in the Lucknow bench and apex court proceedings or Honourable Prime Minister Modi before apex court Agni-Pareeksha, have been inundating with requests for a write-up on the occasion of Modi Ji ‘s birthday.

This piece is a tribute to their unflinching loyalty, to their faith, in his ability – to become the engineer of the country’s systems. They all know that constitution-envisaged systems derailed over seven decades of babudom, dynastic predator regimes and a rotten composition of coalition politics, based on extraneous considerations as proximity to regional satraps, national bloodsuckers and caste-demons afflicting the multi-lingual, multi-cultured nation that was carved to let all humans co-exist as humans, after ostracizing the religious fanatics that shed blood of others crying for a flag of crescent moon & a solitary star.

Their tributes are worthy and not misplaced.

For, Mr. Narendra Modi has emerged as an icon-of honesty, cleanliness, patriotism, human rights and universal brotherhood. His acts over the last two years of holding highest elected position in world’s largest democracy are as transparent as water held in the palms of your hand.

To those who witness a spirit of resurgence, eager beaver willingness to ride with the stallions and hunt the wild boars in jungle of corporate led government policies, he is as any other hero of classical Wild West.

For others who read through classics and mythology ,he may seem as Arjuna bring led by charioteer, Lord Sri Krishna to battle against the evil forces of adharma – who, he suddenly realizes are our own kith and kin- be they stone-pelting mobs in Srinagar or arson-rioting ones of Bengaluru, Kolkata or Chennai. To him Sonia Gandhi and PC are as Indian as Arun Aaitley, Barkha Dutt or Priyanka Copra, Mallika Sherawat and Mohd. Ali Jinnah ,or so, they all seem to think.

But, who is Mr.Modi?

  • Is he the Prime minister we all began to see looming large on world canvas or was he the strongman of Gujarat state legislature assembly who rose from ranks of assisting Rath Yatra Leader, Advani in Ayodhya era of a 2-MPs party riding to power on chants of -‘Jaya Shree Rama’ & ‘Rama Mandir’ ?
  • Is he the humanist who was blacklisted by champion of human rights causes as the US of A and later invited to address joint session of the American law makers’ Senate?
  • Is he the silent killer of opponents, only surpassed in the art by Sharad Pawar (who long aspired to lead India but always ended up as a proxy Head) or is he the gentleman who auctioned suit for charity and pays his kitchen-bills as Prime Minister?
  • Is he one who is quiet ended by his flock of advisers, party men, supporters and donors to party, as was Dhronacharya by his disciples or is he just another modern-day Bhishmacharya going through the rigmarole of enacting the Kurukshetra war, to kamel you bid adieu to battlefield, after becoming immortal as a great of history?

The questions remain. A multi-dimensional figure, a huge personality but those who know him in and out, during his critical phase of overcoming the Godra stigma cases, know how devout a Gujarati Indian he is. It is this innate faith in Hinduism’s strength of Navaratri fasting, Dassera celebrations of the Divine’s grace which have given him the best of legal acumen and well-wishing judicial sagacity as well as peoples’ adulation, to see him win through a landslide-majority.

He reversed gamblers’ predictions. Poll pundits still lick their wounds after May, 2014 poll results. His most formidable opposition party was reduced to a minuscule presence of 44, in the Lok Sabha.

But, can he reverse history?

A history of government after government raising taxes, levies, demands, woes, suff erings of the people ,in one guise or another, decade after decade?

  • Why is he not blessed with right colleagues in cabinet? With right advisers in bureaucracy and party levels? Why is India witnessing loss after loss of his charisma, be it in capital city state of Delhi or anti-commies state of West Bengal and in most patriotic states of Andhra Pradesh, Telengana and Tamilnadu, Karnataka or Uttarpradesh?
  • Why is the public still perceiving a mainstream media and hawala television channels or the anchor-led propaganda machinery being run by monopoly enjoying industrial houses as being policy makers and government of the nation and not a Modi run Indian nation?
  • Why are we appearing as fluid on foreign policy front with Pakistan as with two timing American policy in south Asian Giants, India and China?
  • Why are we still enduring criminality of anarchy party which has a chief minister without portfolio and crime rate comparable to Uttarpradesh or banana republics in South America?

Well, today is a birthday of a most revered national leader. Not, a budget day, to evaluate assets and liabilities or analyze causes for a deficit budget.

We wish our beloved prime minister a very happy birthday. May Almighty bless this humble citizen a healthy, long life at helm to reset, re-engineer and redesign the triple-objectives of the Preamble to constitution of India, viz; Justice-political, social, economic!

The real credit, however, for voting and offering this gem to the nation however, goes to his nobler Mother. We wish her a long, longer life of sending a happy smile to the Almighty for having raised and inculcated such beautiful values of patriotism, sacrifice and tolerance in this lad of Gujarat!

September 17th of each year in our country, is worthy of being celebrated as ‘ Matru-Divas’, Dear Prime Minister Modi Jee.

Am sure, you would agree …

He is now a darling of all the world. Thanks to her. Our own jijabai & Chatrapati Modi Ji have added hope and words to all our Twitter-lives as in real-life adulation of the billion-plus nation.

Bharatmata ki Jai …!

Yes, I, as a person, after reading this article, can’t agree more to, more than what you have stated.

Yes, it’s true, the path for development of our nation, is not a bed of roses, but development on all fronts, as adunberated by you, can and should be achievable, vwhen we have a leader of the character of Modi + his intact integrity.

Fully agreed on your suggestion to celebrate Modi’ B day as Matru Diwas and it’s fitting tribute to the mother who brought him up and as a mark of respect to all Mothers.
