There is long list of Minority related funds mismanagement. UPA is telling all sorts of lies in this regard. In 11th Five years plan, Minority Ministry was given 7000 crores but most of the funds remained utilized, though this ministry claims that 6824 crores were used. As per recently published data, 12 states used less than 50% of the funds. Bihar, UP, Maharashtra & Assam (all governed by so-called secular parties) used only 20% of the given funds. The fact is funds to the tune of 587 crores were returned in 2010-11. Likewise 24 crores for Post Metric Scholarship, 33 crores meant for Metric Scholarship, 26 crores meant for Merit Scholarship, 9.3 crores for computerization in Waqf Board remained unused & hence returned.
Let us examine some more fact. In last 7 years, no concrete steps were taken for betterment of educations for Muslim Community. Till date no reservation has been insure in government services for this community though some congress leaders declared special reservation for Muslims in government services in last assembly election & they may raise high pitch in this election too. The Muslim community is not advancing at par with other communities in absence of proper education. The young Muslim is very frustrated over discrimination in private & government service. The media & politics have created atmosphere of discrimination. The Muslims community is being driven away from main stream of the nation. But current government is not worried over all this. It is busy in finding ways to milk Muslim community for votes & for votes only.
There is long list over the misery that Muslim community is facing. In most cases, Muslims colonies don’t have proper sanitation, modern schools, hospitals & other institutions. Government agencies declare all those as educated person who get minimum education in madrasa. But this madrasa education may be good for their tradition way of living but it does not give them proper employment in today’s scenario.
While at one hand the current UPA government & other so-called secular governments are busy milking Muslim voters by talking “about” development programme, the other hand, its Muslim welfare schemes are making Muslims from poor to poorer. Muslims farmers are selling their land and turning as laborer in their own field. Nearly 60% village Muslims population does not own any land for cultivation. Most surprising fact is, nearly 1% village Muslims population is losing their land yearly.
Muslims community is famous as skilled craftsmanship. Their traditions business is at the verge of collapse in absence of any incentive & encouragement. No one is trying to attach modern technology to this beautiful Muslim craftsmanship. Only if new technology is developed & attach to their tradition craftsmanship, it may be an answer to poverty. In this way, their economy is ruined totally. They get the worst type of job which no one wants to do, in the cities. They are feeling despised. And this UPA government lead by congress claims to be Muslims biggest supporter.
Today we are at the cross road of India’s history. No country can develop, if it’s a large section is left behind. Muslims Community is feeling dejected, rejected. They have been pushed to the wall. Remember it is not due to Majority Community(Hindu Community) as these secular always spreading the lie. It all due to the secular Congress & likewise parties. While backward, the downtrodden societies are trying to come up with the support of government programmes, Muslims are going backward in absence of real programme & also due to their own leaders.
They have been cheated by all be secular governments, secular politicians, NGOs collecting funds in their name or their own social or religious leaders who benefited themselves only. At this point of time, if government, current or future, does not start looking at the root cause of their problem & start sincere programme to help Muslim community out, the day will not be far off when Muslims will revolt.
We must come forward, forgetting past to help Muslim community. But at the same time, Muslims too should shed their traditional way of thinking because no one can help you if you don’t want to help yourself. All wake up. Shun useless religious frenzy & start looking the real condition, kick out this government & install a new government which must start the real programme for Muslim Community. Stay focused on real problem.

Pradeep Sir!!Absolutely all facts. Congress wants Muslims to stay in deplorable conditions to get their vote only. If it had an iota to uplift poverty, had implemented few steps.I agree with you.All committees are in the name of polarization of minority vote.
