Failure of JK Govt in Job Policies

Failure of JK Govt in Job Policies

Author: Mohmad Imran Rather

National Youth Corps is looking forward for a bright future but it is not possible till then we , the members of NYC, will not change our minds. If we will be united the JK political system will be changed. We have representatives I always think that why govt is destroying future of youth like an ReT (Rehber-e-taleem) has to give his five years in school on a pay of Rs.1500 but in the same school a class 4th employee is appointed without giving volunteer job and gets Rs.12000. On the other hand National Youth Corps’s are on roads for securing their job. Every day they were on roads for what they lost in last 2 years they lose their study, they lose their everything, if they where volunteers why they assigned census, elections duty, full time office workers etc. Similarly Causal Labours in J&K when there was ban on new appointments in J&K politicians appointment causal labors in JK so that the vacancies of retired persons will be filled in all essential service departments. Today we are  seeing causal lobours  protesting for regular jobs in JK. Why they demand regular jobs? Because here is a policy in JK any person working in govt has been given pay for 90 days can’t be terminated by govt. I don’t know it is law or not but it is here in JK. Similar schemes are prevailing all over JK. All the policies of Jammu & Kashmir failed in JK. In Kashmir 90% population is Muslim. Rahul Gandhi launched a scheme here Umeed under which loan will be provided to females for handicraft art to made women independent and other scheme is launched here EDI so that loan is given to the educated youth to start small business under low interest rate. The giving or taking interest in Islam is sin, the govt is throwing youth male and female towards sins, which is not acceptable to the people of kashmir. The EDI or Umeed schemes failed on ground level. The other scheme launched in JK are UDAAN and HIMAYAT under which job will be given to youth in national and multinational
companies. But most of the youth who worked under them leaved the job within 3 months. Because they don’t feel secure in other states of India and they were not given good accommodation. Now the new recruitment policy of JK is one has work on 3500 for five to seven years after that he will regular job. These 5 or 7 yrs. are the age for educated youth to earn money after his/her education. The UDAAN/HIMAYAT are those job policies by which centre n state govt can send youths of JK outside so that no revolution will come in JK. Now youth of JK is turning against such policies very soon world will see a revolution in all over J&K. Time is coming youth of JK is waking up for a economic and social change.

  1. Situation in J&K appears to be alarming. If youth is not provided job and proper opportunity is not in making, unemployed youth would go berserk which is bad for a young nation like India.A growth oriented govt.is required in J&K lest the future of youth is in dark.
